		<description>Thank you so much for this post. I read the article you linked to and it reminded me that I need to start meditating again. In my mid twenties I started to meditate on a semi regular basis at night when laying in bed before going to sleep or perhaps it was while on my way to sleeping but my thoughts had become less negative and I felt a sense of peace.
