No tax cut is going to change the fact that we rely on foreign energy in order for this country to function.  Now THAT is a real issue of national security.</description>

		<description>Right on..As soon as I heard that, I did rough math in my head, and figured I&#039;d save about $1.80 every time I fill up, because I usually put about 10 gallons in my car per fill up.. I only fill every two weeks, so I&#039;d save about $11.60. Now my wife is different, She might save about $35 over the course of the summer.. Woohoo..That&#039;s about one half of one month electricity. Quick! Let me stimulate the economy..</description>
